Catching up

I can't believe that I have not posted these...

The kids finished AWANA and got their awards for the year.

We got a free trampoline from the side of the road! ;)

Isaiah started playing Pee Wee baseball and his first game is tomorrow!

Naomi decided that she wanted to learn to ride a bike without training wheels!  We were so happy for her.

Isaiah lost his first tooth!

Lots of milestones around here.  

Interesting reminders of Easter

We had several friends over for Easter dinner. When I looked back at the pictures that my little friend Lexi took with my camera I couldnt help but giggle. I love these folks. We had loads of fun.

Recent Events

Here are some interesting tidbits from the Steele clan...

I found a recipe for no-fry donuts and so we tried them out.  They were scrumptious. You can click here for the recipe.  I substituted butter for the shortening.

Miss Suz moved in.  Suz was Isaiah's violin teacher and is in town following finishing her teaching internship in Tennessee.  She needed somewhere to live until she goes home to Pennsylvania to get married in July.  It has been a blessing to have her around!  That is not what she usually looks like.  She actually might not like it that I posted that particular picture.  Oh well.  Its a fun one.

Levi LOOOOOOVES his daddy.  Praise the Lord!

Hopefully our I800A will arrive soon to the USCIS office.  It is the "application for determination of suitability to adopt from a convention country".  Hopefully they will find us suitable!  I was glad to get the paperwork completed and in the mail.  Now I wonder how long it will take to hear from them?
