There is a Scovill Creek sirloin tip roast in the crock pot, complete with herb rub. If I had a time machine, I'd rush forward about 6 hours. Can't wait.

Very tasty, and pretty moist. I can't tell if it's as tender as others, but we really enjoyed it for Christmas dinner.
