Micah went to Tokyo today for work. He will go to Germany and Austria after that. He will be gone almost two weeks. Isaiah and I cried on the way from the airport to church, each of us egging the other on. I hope those co-workers that he is traveling with know how blessed they are to be spending so much time with him...

Liza and I spent our first Valentine's Day, Feb. 14, 1999, going to the Columbus, Ohio Airport so that I could fly out to Narita Airport, Tokyo, Japan...and spend two wonderful weeks in Japan for Honda!!! Two weeks seems like two lifetimes when you don't have another English speaking person with you. I was watching the English Learning Channel just so I could have someone "talk" to me. Pathetic. Needless to say, I survived...and Micah will too!!! I know it's hard, and my heart goes out to you...been there...done that...and SO glad that Deere doesn't make me travel as my other jobs have! Guess it is good to be a dumb Grade 6!!!
